Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the hotel, hospitality, and/or customer service industries
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security position preferred
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques
  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to commute to Worcester, MA 01608
  • Work location in person

Job Duties

  • Receive all resident packages and track electronically
  • Notify residents through the online portal when a package is ready for pickup
  • Monitor door security systems and cameras
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property for vandalism, damage, and safety
  • Walk properties to ensure all doors and access points are closed and secure
  • Track all resident requests when the management office is closed with proper attention to detail, recording all information in the daily activity log
  • Greet everyone entering the building with a friendly service attitude and tone
