Job Requirements

1-2 years of experience in the hotel, hospitality, and/or customer service industries
1-2 years of experience in a security position preferred
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to commute to Worcester, MA 01608
Work location in person

Job Duties

Receive all resident packages and track electronically
Notify residents through the online portal when a package is ready for pickup
Monitor door security systems and cameras
Conduct daily inspections of the property for vandalism, damage, and safety
Walk properties to ensure all doors and access points are closed and secure
Track all resident requests when the management office is closed with proper attention to detail, recording all information in the daily activity log
Greet everyone entering the building with a friendly service attitude and tone
