Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
  • Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and delivery personnel professionally and warmly
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, in person and via phone/email
  • Maintain front desk shift logs
  • Coordinate services such as package deliveries and maintenance requests
  • Manage building communications, calendar, and reservations for amenity spaces
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby area
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events
  • Assist with emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed
