Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy
- comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
- Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles (preferred)
- Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions (preferred)
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and delivery personnel professionally and warmly
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, in person and via phone/email
- Maintain front desk shift logs
- Coordinate services such as package deliveries and maintenance requests
- Manage building communications, calendar, and reservations for amenity spaces
- Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby area
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events
- Assist with emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed
