Job Requirements

- Previous luxury hotel experience
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous luxury hotel experience is required
- Knowledge of the surrounding area and all of its attractions
- Ability to communicate effectively, exceptional organizational skills, an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Proven ability to engage guests at all levels
- Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging and personalized service
Job Duties
- Interact with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are satisfied
- Assist in arranging for restaurant reservations and transportation as required by our guests
- Ensure the delivery of parcels, mail, special deliveries, etc. to guest rooms
- Maintain a professional, neat, and organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident
- Speak to guests in a friendly, warm manner, making them feel welcome at the hotel
- Proactively work to seek out ways to improve the hotel experience for our guests
- Be knowledgeable of all hotel amenities and with different points of interest
- Perform any other duties required by management
