Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and internal applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and multitask
- Compliance with health and safety requirements including drug test and vaccinations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in record keeping
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee community entry area and greet visitors warmly
- Manage incoming telephone calls and messages efficiently
- Support Director of Sales and Executive Director with resident inquiries and recruitment
- Maintain front desk and Bistro cleanliness and supply inventory
- Assist with resident move-in and marketing packet management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in risk management
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry and meal ticket processing
