Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and internal applications
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and multitask
  • Compliance with health and safety requirements including drug test and vaccinations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in record keeping

Job Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience and skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience in administrative support and data entry

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area and greet visitors warmly
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and messages efficiently
  • Support Director of Sales and Executive Director with resident inquiries and recruitment
  • Maintain front desk and Bistro cleanliness and supply inventory
  • Assist with resident move-in and marketing packet management
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in risk management
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry and meal ticket processing
