- availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform clerical tasks

Job Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- greet and assist visitors
- take and relay messages
- sort and distribute mail
- coordinate express mail services
- perform basic clerical tasks (copying, filing, data entry)
- maintain common areas and coffee bar
