Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years concierge experience in a luxury or high-end environment
- Must possess a professional demeanor and excellent presentation
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented with proactive service approach
- Ability to anticipate client needs and respond promptly in person, by phone, and via email
- Strong self-motivation and teamwork skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of concierge experience in a high-end clientele environment
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Customer service driven and team oriented
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Attention to detail, proactive, and takes the initiative to service homeowners, guests, and visitors
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively responds to requests and inquiries in person, by phone, and email
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at a proficient level
Job Duties
- Proactively welcome homeowners, guests, and visitors as they enter the building
- Anticipate and respond to inquiries and requests
- Walk and inspect lobby area to ensure cleanliness
- Ensure HOA rules and regulations are followed
- Perform various administrative and managerial tasks in support of the community's mission
- Create a positive experience for all by attending to needs and answering questions
- Monitor security and safety of homeowners, residents, and guests
- Receive, log, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Enter and update work orders in the system
- Enter and update homeowner, resident, and community information in the system
- Maintain and track occupancy counts, and inventory of move-ins and move-outs
- Attend weekly meetings and provide status updates
- Document and maintain shift logs
- Submit reports
- Other duties as requested
