Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Front desk and telephone experience preferred
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
  • Willingness to undergo a routine background check

Job Qualifications

  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements
  • Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel

Job Duties

  • Remain alert throughout the shift to respond promptly to emergencies or assistance requests
  • Monitor incoming public traffic and assist with questions
  • Track incoming and outgoing residents and guests
  • Receive guests courteously and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas
  • Respond promptly to residents, families, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors with courteous assistance
  • Lock and unlock doors according to community protocol
  • Answer telephone calls and route information appropriately
  • Make hourly rounds to ensure safety of residents, staff, and visitors
  • Escort residents, staff, or visitors to vehicles and park resident vehicles upon request
  • Assist with maintenance orders using electronic systems
  • Address equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs
  • Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms and respond per policies
  • Set up or take down for community activities as requested
  • Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene
