Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- proven customer service experience
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
- ability to learn new software
- effective communication skills
- good organizational and time management skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- accurate record keeping skills
- good judgment and problem solving
- ability to respond to emergencies
- completed required training
- pass drug test and tuberculosis test
- pass physical evaluation and background check
- comply with vaccination requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents
- extend a warm welcome and greeting
- offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests
- ensure community safety protocols are in place
- contact the Director of Sales or Executive Director to meet prospective residents or family members
- greet potential job candidates and direct them to apply or capture their information
- answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with proper greeting
- take and communicate messages accurately
- provide community overview to callers and forward calls appropriately
- manage appointments for residents and family members
- send get well and sympathy cards as needed
- order flowers and name plates for new residents
- create and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- support the Director of Sales with inquiry calls and lead tracking
- perform administrative duties related to resident move-in
- maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and Bistro area
- ensure refreshments and snacks are available
- maintain music throughout the day
- ensure coverage at front desk when away
- promote and adhere to risk management and safety protocols
- maintain resident and team member rosters and emergency schedules
- respond to emergencies as per policies
- manage guest and resident sign-in and sign-out
- track high-risk elopement list
- update resident phone lists and logs daily
- prepare and process meal tickets and counts
- organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- assist with recruitment by data entry and administrative tasks
- monitor and order office supplies
- track and disperse team member paychecks
- participate in team engagement and training programs
- perform additional duties as assigned
