- At least 1 year of experience in culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning
- Willingness to travel to event locations
- Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Pride in quality and attention to detail
- Commitment to obtaining Food Handler's permit or Food Safety Certification
- Dedication to community involvement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handler permits
- Passion for food and customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and engage customers upon entry
- Assist customers with their catering and event planning needs using food and pairing expertise
- Coordinate orders with various departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Work closely with event staff to guarantee flawless event setup
- Manage end-to-end catering coordination for customer events
- Maintain knowledge of food safety and obtain required permits or certifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to build a positive experience
