Job Duties
- Maintain continuous coverage of the reception area to ensure it is never left unattended
- greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a courteous, polished, and service-oriented manner
- utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative tasks
- provide general administrative support to contribute to efficient day-to-day operations
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment at all times
- represent the organization with a professional appearance and demeanor to leadership and high-profile visitors
- demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to maintain consistent reception coverage
