Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • No prior related work experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest needs
  • Summarize and provide information about property amenities and local events
  • Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, and concerns
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve guest issues
  • Review and document relevant information in shift logs and daily memo books
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
