Job Requirements

- No prior related work experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest needs
- Summarize and provide information about property amenities and local events
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, and concerns
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve guest issues
- Review and document relevant information in shift logs and daily memo books
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
