  • competent ability with personal computer, calculator, fax machine and scanning ability

Job Duties

  • maintains a detailed knowledge of the apartment community and amenities
  • interacts with associates and visitors with poise and diplomacy
  • accepts packages for the Resident Services Office and residents
  • maintains a register of contacts and phone numbers for local entertainment and services
  • greets every visitor with a positive and professional demeanor
  • accepts residents' work orders and forwards to community office
  • perform inspections of common areas and community amenities
