Job Duties
- maintains a detailed knowledge of the apartment community and amenities
- interacts with associates and visitors with poise and diplomacy
- accepts packages for the Resident Services Office and residents
- maintains a register of contacts and phone numbers for local entertainment and services
- greets every visitor with a positive and professional demeanor
- accepts residents' work orders and forwards to community office
- perform inspections of common areas and community amenities
