Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to use computer and smartphone applications
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to comprehend written instructions and policies
- Ability to interact positively with residents, families and coworkers
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
- Ability to maintain a welcoming and organized front lobby environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic proficiency with computer and smartphone applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of safety rules, policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon arrival to the front lobby
- Responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner
- Assists in maintaining front office functions and ensures they run smoothly and organized
- Answers phones and greets residents and guests
- Takes care of service and amenity requests from residents
- Maintains cleanliness and order of lobby areas
- Utilizes computer and smartphone applications for training and company systems
