Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to use computer and smartphone applications
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions and policies
  • Ability to interact positively with residents, families and coworkers
  • Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
  • Ability to maintain a welcoming and organized front lobby environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Basic proficiency with computer and smartphone applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Understanding of safety rules, policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon arrival to the front lobby
  • Responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner
  • Assists in maintaining front office functions and ensures they run smoothly and organized
  • Answers phones and greets residents and guests
  • Takes care of service and amenity requests from residents
  • Maintains cleanliness and order of lobby areas
  • Utilizes computer and smartphone applications for training and company systems
