Job Duties

  • Maintain continuous coverage of the reception area to ensure it is never left unattended
  • Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a courteous, polished, and service-oriented manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to contribute to efficient day-to-day operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment at all times
  • Represent the organization professionally to leadership and high-profile visitors
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, high-visibility environment
