Job Requirements
- Previous customer facing experience required
- Technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms required
- Interest in health wellness and fitness required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed required
- Lifestyle Medicine Functional Medicine Integrative Medicine certification preferred
- Procedure Medical Aesthetics training preferred
- Experience in MedSpa Health and Wellness preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Numerical aptitude
- Ability to provide consistent results and meet business goals

Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility ensuring their first interactions are warm genuine and efficient
- Answer patient and client inquiries in a timely and polite manner either respond to inquiry or direct caller to appropriate personnel while entering clerical notation into records
- Help members understand the benefits of each service
- Provide a smooth startup for members on equipment or services scheduled for that day such as cryotherapy boost pod compression
- Know the retail range to assist with questions about product relevance and use
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and client personal and financial information
- Set up appointments confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments with members
