Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within job function
- Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with inquisitive mindset

- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of various processes, procedures, systems within own job function and basic knowledge of related functions
- Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset
Job Duties
- Assist management with various administrative tasks including answering phones and communicating with tenants
- Cover for other property management team members as needed in office
- Maintain files including insurance certificates for vendors related to events and verify compliance with company policies
- Submit invoices for payment and purchase orders by inputting them into the accounting system as it relates to events
- Establish an event budget and coordinate events
- Manage amenity space and collaborate with janitorial and security staff regarding amenity and lobby space needs
- Provide assistance to tenant property tours
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems in own work area
- Evaluate and choose solutions from established options
- Impact team through quality of services or information provided
- Follow standardized procedures and practices with moderate supervision and guidance
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Record and log service requests and track statuses
- Provide administrative aid to management as needed
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility and encourage referrals
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including transportation, dining, entertainment
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional customer service-driven solutions
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to accomplish team objectives
- May establish new techniques to meet objectives
- Have direct impact on team and related teams’ objectives
- Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives
- Lead by example modeling CBRE RISE values and guide team
- Work to build consensus
