Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior customer service experience preferred
- front desk and telephone experience preferred
- valid Texas Driver’s License and good driving record
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
- understanding of HIPAA requirements
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- willingness to undergo routine background check

Job Duties
- Remain alert throughout the shift to respond to emergencies or requests
- monitor incoming public traffic and assist with questions
- track incoming and outgoing residents and guests
- receive guests and others in a courteous, polite, and warm manner
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common and public areas
- respond to residents, families, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors with courteous assistance
- lock and unlock doors according to protocol
- answer and route telephone calls
- operate paging and telephone systems
- make hourly rounds inside and outside the community
- escort residents, staff, or visitors to vehicles on request
- assist with maintenance orders via electronic system
- address equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs
- monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms and respond appropriately
- set up or take down for activities as requested
- maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene per policies
