Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • pass drug test (excluding marijuana) and tuberculosis test
  • pass physical evaluation and background check
  • covid-19 and influenza vaccination may be required as per laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and handle phone calls efficiently
  • a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • prior experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet potential residents, families, and visitors
  • manage both external and internal calls and take messages
  • provide an overview of community information to inquiries in support of the director of sales and executive director
  • assist the business office coordinator/hr designee in community recruitment process
  • perform computer data entry and other general administrative duties
  • monitor the bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music
  • ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the community
