Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Assist guests with special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation
- Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, local area, and travel services
- Accurately answer guest questions and provide recommendations
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly
- Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge
- Maintain positive working relationships
- Maintain neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
