Job Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience required
- technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms required
- interest in health, wellness, and fitness required
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine, or Integrative Medicine Certification preferred
- Procedure Medical Aesthetics Training preferred
- experience in MedSpa, Health and Wellness preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility
- answer patient and client inquiries in a timely and polite manner
- help members understand the benefits of each service
- provide a smooth startup for members on scheduled equipment or services
- know the retail range to assist with questions about products
- protect patients’ and clients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality
- set up, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- send appropriate test kits, equipment, and documents to clients
- assist in daily center operations including opening and closing
- maintain business office inventory and equipment
- collaborate with other wellness professionals
- help organize and participate in promotional and community outreach events
- celebrate and collect customer testimonials and transformation stories
- collaborate with other MOOV Estheticians to ensure consistency and safety among locations
