Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and efficiency
- Answer patient and client inquiries politely and timely
- Assist members in understanding benefits of services
- Provide smooth startup assistance for scheduled equipment/services
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on missed ones
- Collaborate with wellness professionals for holistic client care
