Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility ensuring warm genuine and efficient first interactions
- Answer patient and client inquiries timely and politely responding or directing to appropriate personnel with proper documentation
- Help members understand the benefits of each service
- Provide smooth startup assistance for members on scheduled equipment or services such as Cryotherapy Boost Pod Compression
- Know the retail range to assist with questions about product relevance and use
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and financial information protecting patients' and clients' rights
- Set up confirm and follow up on appointments with members
- Send test kits equipment documents to clients within one business day as directed by Physician or health coach
- Assist in daily center operations including opening and closing the center maintaining a clean and enticing facility
- Maintain inventory and equipment by checking stock anticipating needed supplies or repairs and notifying manager
- Collaborate with wellness professionals including physicians to provide holistic client care
- Organize and participate in promotional events or community outreach
- Collect and highlight customer testimonials before after transformations and stories to facilitate business growth
- Collaborate with MOOV Estheticians to ensure consistency and safety across all locations
