- Previous customer facing experience required
- Technological literacy to use digital and virtual platforms required

- Lifestyle Medicine Functional Medicine Integrative Medicine certification preferred
- Procedure Medical Aesthetics training preferred
- Experience in MedSpa Health and Wellness preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility ensuring warm and efficient first interactions
- Answer patient and client inquiries politely and direct to appropriate personnel while recording details in documentation systems
- Help members understand the benefits of services
- Provide smooth startup guidance for members on scheduled equipment and services
- Assist with retail product inquiries and educate members
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Manage appointments including setting up, confirming, and following up on missed appointments
- Send test kits and documents to clients within one business day as directed
- Assist with daily operations including opening and closing the center
- Maintain facility upkeep and inventory management
- Collaborate with wellness professionals and physicians to provide holistic care
- Participate in promotional and community outreach events
- Collect and create customer testimonials and transformation stories
