Job Requirements
- must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
- high school diploma or GED
- two years general office experience including reception
- experience working with older adults preferred
- strong grammar skills and pleasant voice
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to multi-task and handle interruptions
- basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge preferred
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- two years of general office and reception experience
- experience working with older adult population preferred
- professional and polished with proper grammar and pleasant voice tone
- excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- attentive to details and able to multi-task
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees
- fulfill front desk responsibilities including answering phone courteously and directing visitors appropriately
- ensure lobby and front porch area is clean and free of trash
- assist with activities conducted in the lobby near phone and front door
- lead weekend and evening activities when traffic is low
- assist with other general office tasks upon request
