Job Requirements

  • must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years general office experience including reception
  • experience working with older adults preferred
  • strong grammar skills and pleasant voice
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to multi-task and handle interruptions
  • basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge preferred
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years of general office and reception experience
  • experience working with older adult population preferred
  • professional and polished with proper grammar and pleasant voice tone
  • excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • attentive to details and able to multi-task
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Word preferred
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees
  • fulfill front desk responsibilities including answering phone courteously and directing visitors appropriately
  • ensure lobby and front porch area is clean and free of trash
  • assist with activities conducted in the lobby near phone and front door
  • lead weekend and evening activities when traffic is low
  • assist with other general office tasks upon request
