Job Requirements

minimum one year of experience in a similar concierge position
post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
experience in concierge operations
ability to work in a 24-hour operation environment
strong attention to detail
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work as part of a team
flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet and assist guests with their inquiries and requests
provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
secure reservations for guests at exclusive restaurants and events
collaborate with local businesses and partners to enhance guest experiences
maintain detailed knowledge of the city's cultural landmarks, nightlife, and hidden gems
anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service
manage concierge operations during assigned shifts efficiently
