Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer facing experience required
- interest in health wellness and fitness required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- experience in MedSpa health and wellness preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility ensuring warm genuine and efficient interactions
- answer patient and client inquiries timely and politely
- provide smooth startup for members on scheduled equipment or service
- assist clients in understanding the benefits of each service
- maintain confidentiality of personal and financial information
- schedule confirm and follow up on appointments
- maintain facility cleanliness and operations including opening and closing
- manage business office inventory and equipment
- collaborate with wellness professionals to provide holistic client care
- participate in promotional events and community outreach
- collect and manage customer testimonials and transformation stories
- ensure consistency and safety across MOOV locations
