Job Requirements
- Previous concierge experience
- Knowledge of surrounding areas and local attractions
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn proprietary applications
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift
- Flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Accommodating guest requests
- processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
- Assisting in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
- Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay, all while providing exceptional above and beyond service
