Job Duties

  • Guest services and support
  • greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, handle guest requests with professionalism
  • make reservations for restaurants, events, tours, and spa services on behalf of guests
  • provide recommendations and information on local attractions, shopping, and dining
  • coordinate transportation, luggage assistance, and special requests
  • address and resolve guest complaints and issues, liaise with management as needed
  • manage deliveries, answer phones, process payments, assist with on-site events
  • build and maintain a network of local contacts, service providers, and businesses to enhance guest services
