Job Duties
- Guest services and support
- greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, handle guest requests with professionalism
- make reservations for restaurants, events, tours, and spa services on behalf of guests
- provide recommendations and information on local attractions, shopping, and dining
- coordinate transportation, luggage assistance, and special requests
- address and resolve guest complaints and issues, liaise with management as needed
- manage deliveries, answer phones, process payments, assist with on-site events
- build and maintain a network of local contacts, service providers, and businesses to enhance guest services
