Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to undergo a routine background check

- Front desk and telephone experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
Job Duties
- Remain alert throughout the shift to respond quickly to emergencies or assistance requests
- Monitor all incoming public traffic and assist with questions
- Track incoming/outgoing residents and guests
- Receive guests courteously and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas
- Respond to needs of residents, families, vendors, and visitors by providing immediate and courteous assistance
- Lock and unlock doors according to community protocol
- Answer telephone calls, relay information, and operate paging/telephone systems
- Perform hourly rounds inside and outside to ensure safety
- Escort residents, staff, or visitors to vehicles and park resident vehicles
- Assist with maintenance orders using an electronic system
- Address equipment malfunctions and assist with repairs
- Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms and respond according to policies
- Set up or take down for activities as requested
- Maintain professional appearance and good personal hygiene
