Job Requirements
- Previous customer facing experience required
- Technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms required
- Interest in health, wellness, and fitness required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine or Integrative Medicine certification preferred
- Procedure Medical Aesthetics Training preferred
- Experience in MedSpa, Health and Wellness preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Numerical aptitude

Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility with warmth and efficiency
- Answer patient and client inquiries in a timely and polite manner
- Help members understand the benefits of each service
- Provide a smooth startup for members on any scheduled equipment or service
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Set up, confirm, and follow up on appointments
- Assist in daily center operations including opening and closing
- Maintain business office inventory and equipment
- Collaborate with wellness professionals to provide holistic client care
- Organize and participate in promotional events or community outreach
- Collect customer testimonials and stories to facilitate business growth
- Ensure consistency and safety among MOOV locations by collaborating with estheticians
