- Previous customer facing experience required
- technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms required
- interest in health wellness and fitness required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed required
- Lifestyle Medicine Functional Medicine Integrative Medicine Certification preferred
- Procedure Medical Aesthetics Training preferred
- experience in MedSpa Health and Wellness preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests into the facility ensuring warm genuine and efficient first interactions
- answer patient and client inquiries politely and timely respond or direct calls entering appropriate clerical notations
- help members understand the benefits of each service
- provide smooth startup for members on scheduled equipment or services like Cryotherapy Boost Pod Compression
- know retail range to assist with product questions
- maintain confidentiality of personal and financial information protecting patients and clients rights
- set up confirm and follow up on appointments
- send appropriate test kits equipment and documents to clients within 1 business day
- assist in daily center operations including opening and closing and maintain an enticing facility
- maintain operations by following policies and procedures and report needed changes
- maintain business office inventory and equipment anticipating needed supplies and repairs
- collaborate with wellness professionals including physicians to provide holistic client care
- participate in promotional events and community outreach
- collect and highlight customer testimonials and stories to facilitate business growth
- collaborate with other MOOV estheticians to ensure consistency and safety among locations
