Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years experience working with elderly or dementia populations
- One year of clerical or secretarial experience preferred
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Courteous, patient, compassionate, and adaptable
- Maintain resident confidentiality and integrity
- Provide high-quality service through active listening and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and independent decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant computer programs
- Follow safety and sanitary protocols at all times
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, guests, staff, vendors, and the public in person or via phone in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-ins, badge issuance, phone calls, mail and package distribution, cash handling, and accurate record-keeping
- Provide information and direct visitors to appropriate staff, assist residents with programs, activities, events, and requests such as transportation, errands, or services
- Coordinate transportation requests, facilitate maintenance requests, and communicate urgent or emergent situations to relevant staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area while supporting other departments with clerical duties as needed
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, time management, computer (Microsoft Office) skills, and service excellence while working independently with sound judgment
- Exhibit patience, compassion, adaptability, and professionalism when working with elderly or dementia populations, following all safety, confidentiality, and sanitary protocols
