Job Requirements

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful nature
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when warranted
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure resident and property safety
  • investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and manage packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
  • maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely responses and follow up
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
