Job Requirements
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful nature
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when warranted
- maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure resident and property safety
- investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and manage packages, plants, prescription drugs and deliver or hold as requested
- maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely responses and follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
