Job Requirements

- Previous customer service experience

- Experience with administrative and clerical duties

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and extend a warm welcome
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors
- Greet potential candidates interested in Sunrise careers and direct them to apply online or capture their information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls within two to three rings using the appropriate greeting message
- Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate them to the intended recipient
- Manage appointments for residents and family members
- Send get well and sympathy cards as appropriate
- Order and maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support sales team by handling inquiry calls and entering lead information in the Customer Relationship Management database
- Keep the front desk and Bistro area neat, organized, and stocked with refreshments
- Promote community safety protocols and respond to emergencies following company policies
- Maintain Resident Roster, Team Member Roster, and work schedules for emergency procedures
- Update resident phone lists and guest sign-in logs
- Prepare and process meal tickets and money
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers
- Assist in recruitment by performing data entry and general administrative duties
- Participate actively in team meetings and training
- Maintain compliance with required training and safety standards
