Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • compassionate and professional attitude
  • teamwork skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions
  • maintain positive demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
  • receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
  • maintain sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • respond to and follow up on resident, family and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers
