Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- compassionate and professional attitude

- ability to make independent decisions
- maintain positive demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
- maintain sign in/out log for issuance of community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond to and follow up on resident, family and employee concerns
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and co-workers
