Job Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • Assist guests with special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services, local area, and travel services
  • Accurately answer guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively
  • Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain cleanliness
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
