Job Requirements
- must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- must pass all health screenings including physical, TB, and drug tests
- must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
- must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or be willing to get vaccinated
- ability to handle constant interruptions
- must be highly organized and pay great attention to detail
- must have excellent interpersonal skills
- must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- must exercise good judgment and make competent decisions

Job Duties
- greet and assist residents, families, and visitors at the front desk
- manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

- respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- support communication between staff and residents
- monitor front desk and community security
