Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service roles
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and compliance standards
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Meet vaccination requirements as mandated by law
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, and ability to learn new applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Commitment to teamwork and community service
- Understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and provide beverages
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet prospective residents, families, or visitors
- Greet potential job candidates and assist with recruitment by directing them to apply or entering their information into the Applicant Tracking System
- Answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with proper greetings and take complete messages
- Offer community overviews to callers and direct calls appropriately
- Manage residents' appointments such as hairdresser and transportation
- Send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families as needed
- Order flowers and name plates for new residents and guest meals for move-ins
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and Bistro area including snacks and music
- Support the Safe Leaving Program by monitoring entry and exit of residents and executing related safety procedures
- Update resident and team member rosters, guest logs, and meal ticket accounting
- Assist with recruitment data entry and general administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings, training, and engagement programs
- Comply with health, safety, and risk management policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
