Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • clear and effective communication skills in English
  • proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • demonstrate compassion and professionalism
  • ability to work weekends and evenings
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • maintain a positive and friendly attitude

Job Qualifications

  • hours are weekends and evenings with the salary range of $16.00- $18.00 per hour
  • three months of related experience is preferred
  • communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
  • demonstrate a compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful manner
  • work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer the phone, send emails, call residents, take work requests, provide directions, and serve as a point person for all who stop at the desk
  • receive packages and deliver or hold as requested
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
