Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- clear and effective communication skills in English
- proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- demonstrate compassion and professionalism
- ability to work weekends and evenings
- ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- maintain a positive and friendly attitude
Job Qualifications
- hours are weekends and evenings with the salary range of $16.00- $18.00 per hour
- three months of related experience is preferred
- communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
- demonstrate a compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful manner
- work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer the phone, send emails, call residents, take work requests, provide directions, and serve as a point person for all who stop at the desk
- receive packages and deliver or hold as requested
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
