Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Commitment to teamwork and accountability
- Passion for serving seniors
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 3 PM to 11 PM shift
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for serving seniors with empathy and care
- Ability to work within a team and respect diverse perspectives
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service exemplifying empathy and professionalism
- Manage daily communications including phone calls, messages, and inquiries
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating community events and activities
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records and logs
- Facilitate resident needs by coordinating with various departments
- Uphold community standards and contribute to a positive living environment
