Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Commitment to teamwork and accountability
  • Passion for serving seniors
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 3 PM to 11 PM shift
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for serving seniors with empathy and care
  • Ability to work within a team and respect diverse perspectives
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service exemplifying empathy and professionalism
  • Manage daily communications including phone calls, messages, and inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating community events and activities
  • Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records and logs
  • Facilitate resident needs by coordinating with various departments
  • Uphold community standards and contribute to a positive living environment
