Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable managing telephone and in-person inquiries
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Carry out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate messages to the intended recipient
- Greet residents and visitors
- Answer inquiries and provide directions
- Collate brochures for the marketing department
- Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members and tally meal count sheets for dining staff
- Update the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In and Move-Out Register daily, and maintain Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- Maintain and keep desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organize and distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators
- Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Adhere to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
