Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • One to three years customer service experience and/or training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable managing telephone and in-person inquiries
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • One to three years customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Carry out telephone answering and reception duties as required
  • Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate messages to the intended recipient
  • Greet residents and visitors
  • Answer inquiries and provide directions
  • Collate brochures for the marketing department
  • Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members and tally meal count sheets for dining staff
  • Update the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In and Move-Out Register daily, and maintain Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
  • Maintain and keep desk and entry area neat and organized
  • Organize and distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators
  • Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
  • Adhere to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
