Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- responsiveness to General Manager, board, and homeowners
- commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Job Qualifications
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- experience in customer service or property management preferred
- familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Support the General Manager and onsite employees
- manage logistics of packages
- oversee concierge desk operations
- monitor homeowner concerns and communications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of building and back-of-house areas
- ensure proper supply and cleanliness of amenity areas
- manage emergency and fire safety systems and procedures
- provide operational support and foster a positive work environment
- monitor work order process and BuildingLink communications
- meet and direct contractors and service providers
- conduct daily walks of amenities, grounds, and back-of-house areas
- maintain employee uniform and grooming standards
- manage communication channels and train homeowners on BuildingLink
- support concierge team in handling concerns, requests and problems
