Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Enhance the member experience with positive interactions, act as the face of the club to members and guests, manage and distribute welcome packets to new members, track and communicate member birthdays and anniversaries, assist guests with requests including private events and meetings, manage front desk operations including phone calls and inbox, maintain organization of front desk and coat room, handle room and dining reservations with coordination to avoid conflicts, manage programming event RSVPs and communications, scan and upload invoices for finance team, create signage and special menus using Adobe InDesign, host in the restaurant when needed
