Job Requirements

  • Current and active CNA license in PA strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service-related field required
  • Experience in healthcare setting required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
  • Ability to take initiative and resolve problems promptly

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments
  • Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems

Job Duties

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors
  • Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned
  • Greeting potential residents, families, visitors
  • Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
