Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- have at least 1 year of culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning experience
- willing to travel for events and gatherings
- obtain required food handler's permits and/or food safety certifications
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- take pride in delivering high-quality work
- commitment to being part of the community
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in culinary, catering, hospitality, or event planning
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- willingness to obtain required food handler's permits and food safety certifications
- strong organizational skills
- passion for food and customer service
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and engage customers upon arrival
- assist customers in building catering and event orders with expert knowledge of food pairings
- coordinate catering orders with multiple departments
- collaborate with event staff to ensure flawless event execution
- manage end-to-end catering coordination from order placement to event completion
- provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic approach
- support team members in a fast-paced environment
