Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality industry or similar role
- Service-oriented mindset
- Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
- Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, and other physical tasks
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media channels
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet and assist all phone calls promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations for club dining, programs, and services
- Promote club events and member activities
- Assist with member communications including social media and newsletters
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement
- Maintain accurate member profiles and document interactions in club systems
