Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality industry or similar role
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
  • Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, and other physical tasks
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media channels
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
  • Greet and assist all phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage reservations for club dining, programs, and services
  • Promote club events and member activities
  • Assist with member communications including social media and newsletters
  • Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement
  • Maintain accurate member profiles and document interactions in club systems
