Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook at a proficient level
- Professional communication skills in phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal forms
- Proven professional customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Competent time management and time-critical prioritization skills
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong professional communication skills including phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role preferred
Job Duties
- Welcomes guests/new customers to the facility
- Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of the facility's mission
- Creates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions
- Provides directions and information about the surrounding area including public transportation schedules
- Receives and manages packages and dry cleaning services for guests
- Maintains professional and courteous communication with guests and team members
- Prioritizes tasks effectively and manages time in a fast-paced environment
