Job Duties
- Provide guests with personalized recommendations on dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Assist guests in securing reservations for restaurants, events, and other experiences
- Share detailed knowledge about the neighborhood and hidden gems to enhance guest stays
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain an up-to-date database of local venues, events, and services
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests
- Support a 24-hour operation by adapting to flexible working hours
