Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality or customer service industry
- Ability to perform each essential job function satisfactorily
- Visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
- Effective communication skills including ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds
- Ability to work specified hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to uphold confidentiality
- Compliance with safety principles, laws, and regulations
- Willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of healthcare safety principles, laws, and regulations
- Demonstrated commitment to values of compassion, hospitality, and stewardship
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Greet patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups highly visible as the face of the hospital
- Serve as an information resource and navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community
- Promote services within the facility and collaborate with departments to ensure information is current
- Provide technology support including assisting with room scheduling, equipment needs, and room set-up and tear down
- Identify trends of inquiry and recommend service improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety regulations and standards
- Coordinate work flow and work effectively in a team environment
