Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Compliance with health, safety, and risk management policies
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Completion of background check, drug test, and physical evaluation as required
- Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements if mandated
- Ability to perform administrative and clerical duties
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend a warm welcome and greeting, offer and provide beverages to visitors and guests, and ensure that the community safety protocols are in place
- Contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet with prospective residents, families, or visitors and ensure wait times are minimal
- Greet potential candidates interested in Sunrise careers and direct candidates to apply online or capture their information to launch recruitment
- Answer incoming telephone and resident calls promptly with proper community greeting and identification
- Take complete and accurate messages and communicate them to the intended recipients
- Offer and provide community information to callers, determine proper forwarding, and notify callers whom they are being transferred to
- Manage appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser, transportation, and others
- Send get well cards to residents in hospital and sympathy cards to families when needed
- Order flowers, name plates, and guest meals for residents' move-ins
- Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- Support sales inquiries and handle initial calls with potential families
- Keep front desk and Bistro areas clean, stocked, and welcoming including managing refreshments and music
- Partner with community team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and risk management programs
- Respond to emergencies according to policies and maintain security protocols at community entry
- Update resident and team member rosters, move-in/move-out registers, and sign-in logs
- Prepare and process meal tickets and payments in accordance with procedures
- Organize and distribute mail and newspapers to residents and staff
- Assist in recruitment data entry and office supply monitoring
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement programs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
